What kind of brushes do I use?

As a professional Fine Artist, I take a lot of pride in researching available tools and materials since their quality really affects the finished piece. I can easily spend hours in any art store and my credit card bills reflect the amount that I’ve experimented with various brands.
I am very passionate about my Fine Artwork and I would never sacrifice quality. I often get asked about what type of materials I use, so I thought I’d write a blog about it and share my personal preference for brush brand choice.
I recently have had the honor of getting sponsored by my favorite brush brand, Trekell & Company Fine Art brushes and I wanted to use this opportunity to tell you about them.
They are based in California and have been making high quality brushes for 20 years. For the work that I do, I choose from their synthetic haired brushes and am thrilled with the feel and longevity of the brushes. They hold the paint well and the bristles and keep their spring and shape well.
Trekell has agreed to offer my friends and fans a savings of 10% OFF for brush purchases and I am happy to share this savings with you.
Go to http://www.trekell.com and during check-out, use the discount code: ALDERS
I hope you have the same great experiences with Trekell & Company that I have!
