“Belmar Barrel” was inspired by one of Jay’s old hometown break in Belmar, New Jersey. Known for it’s heavy tubes during hurricane season especially, this painting captures the feeling of a dawn patrol surf off the famous jetty on 18th Ave.

I purchased this for my tattoo artist as a thank you for giving my wife and I awesome tattoo’s to symbolize the birth of our daughter. He is a fellow surfer as well as an artist and I couldn’t think of anything better than an awesome piece of art from my favorite surf artist. Needless to say, my tattoo artist was completely stoked. This is another amazing piece of art from Jay’s collection. I will be back for more. Thanks Jay.
