It certainly hasn’t been a dull year so far eh?
I hope you are finding – no, making time for gratitude, creativity and light into your life.
Ya know…When I’m painting, I often find myself getting lost in the inconsequential details of the shadows. I do this a lot. I find a sick pleasure in staring into the darkness and I end up finding all the reasons to stay there.
Eventually though, I put the first dab of intense light color onto a painting. It feels like a great relief. Like, ahhhhhhh…. like I wake up and realize what I’ve been missing.
Life is like that. We get so caught up in all the little details of the shadows and we forget the immense light that’s waiting to be seen. The happiness. The abundance. The love. Family. Fulfillment. Gratitude.
Don’t allow someone else’s darkness to cut off your light and rob of you of your happiness.
