I designed this surf-inspired art on a Telecaster style Solo Guitar kit for my talented friend Marty who is one of YouTube’s biggest guitar heroes.
My friend Marty Schwartz is one helluva great guitarist and a cool dude. If you play or have tried to learn a random song on YouTube, you’ve almost definitely seen his handsome mug before. With (at the time of writing this) almost 2.5 Million subscribers, Marty is one of the most famous and effective guitar teachers in the world.
Marty and I became buds a few years ago and Chelsea and I even did an interview with him on our podcast.
So when Marty called me up and told me about this guitar kit that he was assembling and asked me to paint it for him, I was stoked to begin.
